Over the last 12+ months I have had the pleasure of visiting Tim Fry Land Rovers on a number of occasions in order for them to help me both refurbish and solve some persistent issues with my 2001 Defender 90. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The Team quickly and effectively diagnosed the issues with the vehicle and then provided me with valuable information, guidance and numerous options on how to fix, maintain and refurbish my vehicle going forward.
Their professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly to me the dedication they showed was partiality impressive and fully evident through the process. Whilst being conscientious, thorough and knowledgeable, they all also appeared to have the innate ability to explain the complex issues in a way that was really easy for me to understand and it was clear that they always had my best interests at heart.

My Land Rover had a serious breakdown recently and the local AA representative recommended Tim Fry as a Land Rover Specialist. The team at Tim Fry managed to squeeze me in for a full diagnosis, consulted me on the condition of the vehicle and recommended next steps. In the end I didn't go ahead with the work due to the seriousness of the issue, but they still let me keep the car onsite for three weeks while the Finance company arranged to pick it up! I can't speak highly enough of the team and professionalism shown in helping me out of a difficult situation.

Drove to Tim fry land rovers from Oxford explained what I needed and I left it with them, within walking down the road was called back and they had the salvage part fully complete and in near immaculate condition, totally professional will definitely refer friends there and go back in the future.
Brought some wheels and trues from the parts side of Tim Fry.
The 2 staff on the counter were extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to answer some of my dumb questions.
Anything else I need for my Land Rover in the future I will be going back to Tim Fry.

Excellent service! I was in Gloucester, about 150 miles from home when the alternator on my 1995 Range Rover failed. I called Tim Fry Land Rover, they had a used genuine Land Rover part available for a very reasonable price. The staff were knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. I changed the part myself on their forecourt, they lent me tools, made me tea and tested the voltage after the swap. I wish I had an independent Land Rover specialist as good close to my home!
